by Heather Ashley
Even devils deserve redemption sometimes, and he wants me for his salvation.
How can I deny him when the Shadow Phoenix lead singer flashes me his devastating smile and makes me dirty promises?
But if I’m saving him, who’s saving me?
They say I’m weak, broken, fragile. Just because I’m afraid of the world doesn’t make me powerless.
I never expected to be pulled into the spotlight but now that I’m here, I’ll show everyone just how strong I really am.
If I can stand on equal ground with rock royalty, I can do anything.
Now I just have to prove it to myself.
Sometimes it feels like I can’t breathe, like everyone is conspiring against us. If it all ends tomorrow, at least we have tonight.
The world calls him a god, but I’ll bring him to his knees.
Finding Zen, book 1 in the Shadow Phoenix series, is a 130,000 word steamy, angsty, bad boy contemporary romance featuring a sweet, slightly nerdy heroine and the rockstar of her dreams. Download today and let the binge reading begin.

Absolutely love this story. No better love story then 2 people who have complete faith in each other. I love how she doesn't judge him for his rockstar past. I love how he is exactly the man she needs him to be. This book has everything from action to great sex.
This wasn’t what I was expecting after reading the prequel to the series, but it was so much better! If only more people treated the world and everyone in it like Kennedy did, it would be a much brighter place. Zen stepped up in such a huge way, he made my heart sing. Can’t wait to read the next book of this series.
I absolutely loved this story. It's fast paced and an engaging read. I couldn't put it down. I can't wait to read Trues story.
This is a great sexy story. I read it in one sitting and can't wait to dive into book two.
Kennedy finds Zen while on her way home. A female bartender had drugged him at the bar he was in and she was trying to get him in her car but Kennedy intervened and she brought him to her apartment to sober up. Kennedy did not know Zen was in a world famous rock band given her love of country music. They have their bumps along the road, some bigger than others including a crazy stalker but they persevere and come out of it with a HEA
Celebrities have it tough. I like that zen changed over time. Watching his transformation was interesting. This was a great read.
After ten years of rock stardom, Zen is as jaded as they come. Until a perfect stranger picks his drugged out self out of a gutter and changes his life.
The book was overly long discussing Kennedy’s panic issues. Overly long. We get it. She struggled.
Also way overly long on Zen’s devotion and their sex life.
But there was a story in there, even with all of that.
