A fangirl’s heart is caught between the man of her dreams...and the actor who plays him.
Aria Larsen compares every guy she’s ever met with the fictional character that’s stolen her heart. When she gets the opportunity to meet the actor who plays him in real life, she can’t help but feel disappointed, especially knowing that Ayden Stone finds part of the fandom…distasteful.

Her dashed expectations shouldn't matter, but when Ayden turns out to be interested in her, Aria’s at a loss. What is she supposed to do with a living, breathing man with real flaws and real expectations of his own?
Ayden’s nothing like the character she’s fallen in love with.
Can Aria’s fangirl heart take a chance on someone who can actually love her back?

Author's Note: This is a sweet romance with mild language, discussions of intimate relationships, and fade-to-black scenes.

Eh

With the description of this book I was intrigued so I grabbed it whilst I could and decided to give it a go.

The beginning was great, the storyline was there and I was interested in how everything was going to go down. The way the author described her fan forking was down to a T because damn, I know those feelings so well. The feeling like you can’t breath, the sweaty palms, the complete and butter cloud of nothing that goes over your mind and you’re left with not a single thing to say, yes I know that feeling very well so I had major hope for this book

But then the meeting happened, the dinner in the cafe and everything for me went downhill.

I couldn’t stick with the book and I found myself flipping through the pages because the storyline just didn’t do it for me.

I thought maybe it’d be a life if a fan girl and her idol but this girl just seemed whiny all the damn time like yes it’s your fave, ok I get that but she got dull and indecisive and gah, I just didn’t enjoy it from then on. The story had so much potential but it just wasn’t met.

I love reading new to me authors and even though this book was a no for me I’ll definitely give the other books a try too.

Good read

The book is a good, and enjoyable sweet clean romance read. The story has a good story line. The characters are good, and they have good chemistry. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Cute fangirl romance

This cute rom-com had my inner fangirl cheering at the once in a lifetime opportunity that turns into a HEA for a fangirl and her ultimate crush. Aria has no shame in admiting she is a fangirl and her love of the TV show Leviathan and the main character Chrisander Gage knows no bounds. So when she finds herself face to face with him at a meet and greet at Comicon, expectation does not meet reality and she is left disappointed. Ayden Stone, the actor that plays Chrisander wants to prove to Aria that he is more than his character and getting a fangirl to see past her fictional crush will be his biggest challenge yet. This was a really cute romance.

Another great book

Another great book from C.M. Kars. I love how sweet and flawed the characters are. Very entertaining. This book bough does have a couple of editing issues. There are a bunch of blips where things don’t quite flow. But it’s still a great story.
