Winning her heart won’t be easy…but he’s never been one to back down from a challenge.
Drew Dixon is down, but not out. His injury certainly didn’t help his bull riding career, but after he spends some time recuperating and helping out at his brother’s ranch, he’ll be more than ready to get back to the rodeo circuit. Romance was never part of his plan. Then he meets the single mom next door and starts questioning everything…
Becca Adams isn’t looking for love, either. The only thing on her agenda is being the best mom possible to her little girl. And if that means signing her up for horseback riding lessons with the ridiculously attractive Drew, so be it. Drew is everything Becca isn’t—wild and carefree. She can’t afford to get attached to him…no matter how much she wishes she could…
Soon, Becca’s torn between guarding her heart and giving it to the cowboy who has invaded her thoughts. But will the cost of trusting Drew—and love—be more than she’s able to manage?
The Cowboy’s Home, book one in the Dixon Ranch series, is a clean and wholesome, small-town contemporary romance featuring a rugged-but-sweet hero and a wary-but-hopeful heroine who is stronger than she ever realized. Happily ever after guaranteed. Download today and get ready to do some binge reading.

What a good story. A rodeo bull rider falling for a little girl learning to ride horses and then falling for the mom of that little girl. So many heartaches and problems but love does triumph.

Loved it!

This was a Great, clean book with a real-life struggle behind it! I love it when authors include things that happen in reality into a story.

Haphazard Story

Drew comes home from a rodeo accident with his right arm in a sling from a torn rotator cuff. Yet, he still manages to raise both hands, but gloves on, eat without problems, open the ranch gates, muck out stables, mount horses and ride, etc. The book seemed more like random, haphazard events that’s strung together but didn’t really connect well to make a smooth story. I never felt the connection between Drew and Becca, perhaps because she kept pushing him away. Her ex-husband shows up and begs her and Allie to give him another chance, but she sends him packing. This felt messy in a Christian novel. I wanted to at least be shown that he hadn’t changed, and she did the right thing, but nothing else was said about him. I also wondered how six-year-old Allie managed to eat an ice cream cone while swinging on a tire swing. Too much of the book included long introspective thoughts and lengthy descriptions. I don’t think I’ll try another book by this author.

I loved this second chance clean romance

I am pleased to write my first review of a work by Christina Butrum, and I must say that I am well pleased. There are many authors who work diligently to create stories that will pass muster with those who write reviews. Personally, I have a checklist I use as I determine the number of stars I will award in a review. It hurts me when I must, in all fairness, award less than three stars because I understand how much the author’s blood, sweat, and tears have gone into the creative process. Authors failing to meet my standards for three stars will seldom get another chance with me because there are so many talented authors to choose from. That is why I am so pleased to state that Christina Butrum met every standard I have on my checklist for a five-star review.

Other reviewers have more than adequately commented on the cast of characters and the storyline, so I will not add to that which has been written. Let me simply state that I welcome Ms. Butrum to my list of five-star authors and recommend her to my friends who appreciate reading works created by my growing list of five-star authors. I have already downloaded the next book in this series and look forward to learning how Garrett and Shyann reach their own HEA future.

Better late than never

Wonderful story of a woman and daughter going through a divorce and struggling to make the best of a bad situation. Becca was caught off guard when her husband left her and his daughter. She moved Back home to her mother and reconnected with a person she had known before. They fell in Love but Becca had trouble trusting anyone. I enjoyed reading this book very much.

Finding Love!

The Cowboy's Home: When Becca and Allied came back to where Becca grew up, she was not looking for love because her ex put her through a lot. Drew came home to heal from his ingury from the Rodeo. His big brother gave him a hard time for coming home because in Blake's mind all Drew want is to heal and go back to the rodeo and he does care enough about his family. Drew realize that there is more to life then the rodeo. When he met Becca and Allie his heart open up to other possibles. He realize being home was where he needed to be. It was a wonderful story and great writing.
