Despite a large number of listed exercises, I'm not motivated to do them as it didn't give me any exercise plans I could follow and it lacks illustrations on how to perform them properly.

Informative but would have liked more how to pictures and to be little longer. Definitely a good place to start.
I was pleased with how easy it was to read this book. It was very straightforward. I found it to be in for active and not overwhelming. Pictures of some of the exercise positions may have been helpful. However, she does preface by encouraging the reader to look up unfamiliar exercises. The exercises are described. The book also offers a simple guide to healthy eating. It is an outline, so a good start.
This book has good tips on how to workout at home. Good workout samples and advice on how to live a healthy life style.
I very much enjoyed this book and starting tomorrow morning will be implementing the exercise plan that is laid out. I am excited because this book has made the idea less daunting.
