I was blown away by the impact of this simple book. Wow. Just wow. I've always liked reading books on personal growth and this definitely is one of the best I've read so far. It is easy to read and contains really awesome tips. My favorite is the Habit tracking strategy. I'm gonna start integrating it on my every day routine!
Great book! I learned a lot
This book is a quick read full of very useful thoughts on making improvements in your life.
Williams’ writing style and the subject matter attracted me to this book. I wasn’t disappointed! As with other titles of his I have read, the author presents useful, unencumbered, and easy to understand information in a conversational manner, as if he is personally visiting with you on the subject.
Beginning with a discussion of habits in relation to self-discipline, steps to understanding how and why we do what we do, Williams proceeds in directing the reader to identify habits we’d like to change and examining the cues leading us to continue those habits. Examining those cues, making simple changes, and beginning with baby steps, we can make improvements in our lives.

Easy to understand, flows smoothly, and yet gives a thorough how-to. Very good.
If you've read much self-help stuff, you've come across much of the information here before, but the way it's presented in Easy Self Discipline is personal and specific and very helpful.
I can't tell you it will do for you what it did for me, perhaps the time was just right in my life for Mr. Williams, but if you struggle with getting yourself to be productive or have something you've always wanted to do... I think this book could be your ticket to a completely new life.

Easy and quick read . My motivation is through the roof after reading this book.
The book focuses on habits: creating good ones and breaking bad ones. A sound way forward. And very good language and thinking of the self-help variety. A quick, accessible read.
