This book if life changing!

This book is exactly what I've been looking for! I greatly appreciate how the author brings together the biblical commands of prayer, worship, meditation, and rejoicing. Kathy has written an excellent book explaining the various ways in which we can shift disharmonic areas of our being by engaging God through our praise. This is an important book that opens up new avenues for participatory Christian spirituality that is emerging in our day. Kathy has done a thorough, complete work in giving strong foundational scriptures coupled with a results oriented experience. Just reading about the healings she experienced is inspiring enough.
