Exciting
A well written mystery. There were enough twists in the story to make me wonder about a lot of the characters but it was also a nice believable book.

Excellent story
The beginning 7 chapters kept me in suspense on everything. I feel the author did a good job explaining the viewpoint from the amnesia victim's mind and perspective. It was gratifying to read the main character and his sister speaking positively about his deceased wife.
Very good story. I look forward to reading more of her books.
romance & intrigue
Trouble comes to a remote island teeming with wild horses. Dani washes up on shore with bullet wound & amnesia and is rescued by Sheriff Levi. There's a lot of investigation needed to protect her & solve ongoing crimes
Saltwater romance
It was a little different with cowboys down South and it did keep me guessing. Of course, romance works, too!
My Review
This was a delightful book. I can hardly wait to read the sequel. I enjoyed the characters and the setting. It reminds me of my visits to Asitique Island and the wild hoses there.
