I Am Not My Story: (And Neither Are You)

Hi, beautiful souls. This is my story, these are my experiences. They are at times horrific, graphic, and raw, but this is what happened to me, and I will not sanitize it to make it less than what it was. I have chosen to tell my story in hopes that it can help just one person heal. I thought if that person knew that someone else has suffered, has survived, and now can function in the world, then they could too. If this person is you, I love you, and I know that you are not your story!

That is why I must tell my story this way for you to fully grasp what I experienced, and, more importantly, to know what I survived by the grace of God, the Universe.
