She might be wishing for the wrong kind of luck.

***Standalone romance with a HEA!***

Georgie Buchanan doesn’t know the first thing about running a brewery—she doesn’t even like beer—so she’s out of her element when she and her siblings inherit their grandfather’s money pit. Her one hope for success lies with River Reeves, the handsome brewmaster who learned at her grandfather’s feet...if she can avoid falling for him.

River Reeves is having a rough week. Not only did he lose his friend and mentor, Beau Buchanan, but he’s just been betrayed by his former best friend and business partner. Still, things seem to improve when Georgie offers him his dream job—turning around Buchanan Brewery.

Great right? There’s one problem: his new boss is his dream woman, and she’s not the type to mix business and pleasure.

No. Just…no

Much too wordy, much too slow moving, much too uninteresting.
It’s too much in every way but good.
Not a good concept. Not told well. Dragged out far and away too long.
So no. Just no.

Great start

This was a great first book to what looks like a great series! There's plenty of humor and a cast of crazy side characters to love. I can't wait to start the next one!

Cute book. Funny!

Cute book written in Asheville, NC...my hometown, so that was the draw for me. Georgie and River were sweet. Loved the secondary characters and the crystals. Would have appreciated more love scenes, but sweet little love story in the mountains.

Great characters!

A wonderful companion when you go to the beach or sit under a shady tree during the summer. A story of adult grandchildren who are willed a run down brewery from a grandfather they hardy knew. You will have a variety of emotions as they figure out what to do.

So funny

I loved this book and the scene about the grandfather sculpted in quartz and the "séance" type scene had me laughing out loud and I can't remember when I've done that in a book. The characters are engaging and I loved Georgie and River together. Lee and Jack are kind of jerks, but grow on you. I also agree with another reviewer that the romance in the workplace aspect was not needed as they had other issues that could have been focused on more. Still loved the book and can't wait to continue reading the series.
